License: Our images are licensed under Equalicense - it's a great license for both users and photographers. Read more at http://www.equalicense.com.

License Summary:

You cannot offer images for sale, or offer images as part of printed products. (No Zazzle, Cafepress, etc.) For more specific information, contact us.

Note: We do host a lot of great CC0 images, and those images retain their original CC0 designation.

Attribution: While we always appreicate a photo credit, it is not required. If you are crediting an image, we suggest: "Photos courtesy of and copyright Free Range Stock, www.freerangestock.com" (or similar statement) and/or the photographer's name. (If you can't or don't want to give photo credit, that's okay - PHOTOS CAN BE USED UNCREDITED!)

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - By downloading any image or material from our website, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined herein, and as listed elsewhere on our website:

This agreement is made by and between Freerange Stock (otherwise listed herein as You or Your) who creates an account for the right to access, acquire, and use Materials from this website. Freerange Stock hereby represents that it owns all rights and copyrights to all materials on our website, and all rights and copyrights to said website and materials shall remain the exclusive property, right and control of and under Freerange Stock and "Materials" from our website will constitute and be defined as any photo, image, design, or layout represented on the Freerange Stock website. By downloading any Materials from Freerange Stock you are asserting your declaration that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed in this Agreement, and otherwise identified on our website.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal Agreement between You and Freerange Stock.

Freerange Stock.com grants You a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, use, modify, publish, and display our Materials according to the defined Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

You may access, acquire, and use the materials downloaded from Freerange Stock.com subject to these Terms and Conditions in the following manner:

  • In the development and creation of your business presence and entity.
  • As part of an offline presentation: menus, magazines, books, book covers, and newspapers. (Please credit site, agency, or photographer if able.)
  • Marketing, promotional, or advertising materials: newsletters, mailers, print ads, packaging, and fliers.
  • Office presentation and layout: decor in office, lobby, retail store, or public area.
  • PowerPoint presentations.
  • Design element of a website, video, film, television broadcast, CD-Rom cover, or video game.
  • Demonstration of a Website template (but not included in the distributed download).

You agree not to access, acquire, or use our Materials in the following ways:

  • No sharing/selling/giving access to your account credentials.
  • No redistribution or sharing of any Materials.
  • No electronic or hard copy distribution unless permitted above.
  • No including photos in downloadable Website template packages.
  • No third-party usage or sublicensing or detaching images for use.
  • No automated/bulk downloading tools or accelerators allowed.
  • No usage with illegal, obscene, immoral, or pornographic content.
  • No use for resale or print-on-demand products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, etc.).

Any brand/logos in images are trademarks of respective owners and are only allowed for editorial/non-commercial use.

Users assume full responsibility and Freerange Stock is not liable for any damages. Please use your legal discretion.

  • Freerange Stock may monitor your download activity at its discretion.
  • May disable accounts with suspiciously high download counts.
  • May limit daily downloads per user.
  • Investigate username/password abuse.
  • Take appropriate actions (warnings, suspension, termination, etc.).
  • If terminated, you must immediately delete all downloaded materials and forfeit access.

Materials are copyrighted and owned by the photographers. Unauthorized use may be a copyright violation.

Freerange Stock and its services are provided "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS." No warranties are expressed or implied. Use the website and content at your own risk.

Freerange Stock and associated personnel are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability will not exceed the amount you paid to access/use the site.

You confirm you are of legal age. Your agreement indicates understanding and acceptance of this agreement’s meaning and consequences.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freerange Stock and its affiliates from any liability or claim arising from your use of the site or breach of this agreement.

This agreement is the full and only agreement between you and Freerange Stock. Modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

You agree to these terms and to conduct this agreement electronically.
